Counseling to Support Life's Journey

Picture

At times life's journey can be extremely overwhelming, and most of us need some type of support to cope with those various life stressors.  It can be comforting to know that during those stressful times, you always have someone in your life who can be a tremendous source of support for you -- and it's 100% confidential.

This is how counseling works:

*  I am regarded as a positive, neutral third party;
*  Someone who is not related to you;
*  Not going to give you ineffective advice;
*  Someone who is non-judgmental;
*  I will always listen to you;
*  Can provide you an alternative perspective regarding your situation;
*  Explore with you where this stressor may have originated;
*  Teach you various coping skills, if needed.
Counseling can be a very positive experience as it's all about self-discovery, growth, empowerment, and change. Your counseling setting will take place in a friendly, comfortable, non-judgmental atmosphere with the utmost confidentiality. I have an extensive multi-cultural background working with adults, seniors, individuals, and those who struggle with chemical dependency.

I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Baldwin-Wallace University and then received my Master of Arts Degree in Community Counseling (with a focus on Chemical Dependency) from John Carroll University.

Please allow me to be a source of support and guidance for you.  There is no need to struggle on your own anymore.  I think you will enjoy and benefit from your counseling experience with me.  Also, it's comforting to know my office door will always be open for you as a support system throughout life's journey, if needed.
